Guided Steps to Link Your Bank Account on AirBills Dashboard via Plaid

To get started with managing your properties efficiently on AirBills, linking your bank account is the first step. This straightforward guide will walk you through each step to link your bank account securely via Plaid on the AirBills dashboard.

Accessing Your AirBills Dashboard:

  1. Visit https://app.airbills.co/ if you are a property manager, https://airbills-homeowners.web.app/sign-in/ if you are a homeowner
  2. Username: Your Phone Number or Email ID (if homeowner)
  3. Password: As set by Airbills or customers

Once logged in, follow the steps below, and you'll have your bank linked in under 5 minutes!

STEP 1: Navigate to Settings

Click on the SETTINGS tab, then select BANK.

STEP 2: Initiate Bank Linking

Click on the ADD BANK BUTTON.

STEP 3: Accept Terms & Conditions

An overlay will appear for you to review and accept the Terms & Conditions. Ensure to toggle on the confirmations for:

  • The Bank account is at least 2 months old.
  • A minimum balance of $3,000 is maintained to avoid any autopay failures.
  • You can click Continue to proceed.

STEP 4: Introduction to Plaid

A window from Plaid will appear introducing their service. Click Continue to move forward.

STEP 5: (Optional) Phone Number Entry

If you've used Plaid before, enter the phone number associated with it. If not, simply click MAYBE LATER to skip this step.

STEP 6: Select Your Bank

Browse or search to select your bank from the list provided.

STEP 7: Secure Bank Login

You'll be prompted to enter your bank credentials securely through Plaid, allowing the link between your bank and AirBills

Success! Once successfully linked, you'll be redirected to your AirBills dashboard. You should now see your linked bank account displayed.
